Nice to meet you, I’m Yelim!
I’m an interdisciplinary designer studying Communication Design and Human–Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon University, with a love for messy prototyping, storytelling, and delightful micro-interactions.

Being a designer sitting at the intersection of visual and product design, I value flexibility (see: the stretching image to your right). I also value capturing thoughts and observations before they’re lost. This habit reflects in my design process, as I like to revisit and refine my ideas so that small moments of joy can build into a clear, cohesive user experience.

Outside of design, you’ll find me dancing, watching video essays (Charli Chats and Broey Deschanel), or making things by hand (mostly sewing and customizing shoes).
